Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights over the personal information LIVE Legacy holds about you. This page explains how to exercise those rights.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
You can delete your account directly from the Account settings page. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, videos, recipients, and executor records within 30 days.
Some information may be retained after deletion where required by law — for example, payment records are retained for 5 years as required by South African tax law, and death certificates for 7 years following a verified vault release. These retention periods are set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority:
